Born and raised in South Florida, Alicia Chapman has a deep-rooted love for the coastal lifestyle she proudly calls home. From beaches and boats to the vibrant communities of the Treasure Coast, Alicia's passion for where she lives is reflected in both her work and her way of life. Alicia earned her Bachelor's degree in International Political Science from the University of Central Florida before continuing her education abroad, completing her Master's degree in International Conflict Analysis in London, England. While living overseas, she gained a global perspective - and met her soccer-loving English husband - experiences that shaped her strong communication skills, adaptability, and people-first approach to business. After returning to sunny South Florida in 2004, Alicia joined forces with her mother, Debra Parker, to build a thriving real estate business. What began as a family partnership grew into a shared vision of leadership, innovation, and service. Together, they earned their Broker licenses and went on to open their own independent brokerage. In 2019, driven by a desire to elevate their business and create opportunities for others, they proudly joined the Realty ONE Group family - a decision Alicia describes as one of the best they've ever made. The move allowed them to take their "real estate rockstar" culture to the next level and share their success with agents who are just as passionate about growth and excellence. As Broker/Owner of Realty ONE Group Engage, Alicia is known for her positive energy, collaborative leadership style, and unwavering commitment to both clients and agents. Her favorite part of the office? "The energy and vibes you feel the moment you walk in." It's that atmosphere - supportive, motivating, and fun - that defines the Engage culture. Outside of real estate, Alicia is a proud mom to three amazing children, Ella, Chloe, and Archer. When she's not working, you'll likely find her embracing her role as a dedicated dance and soccer mom, cheering on her kids and soaking up every moment of family life. For Alicia, real estate isn't just a career - it's about relationships, community, and helping others build a life they love.
